Partner with art directors and creative teams to strategize campaign visual direction
Scout and determine appropriate locations and imagery for advertising concept themes
Prepare equipment including cameras, lenses, lighting kits prior to shoots
Direct talent or models on-site providing cues for poses, expressions and movement
Capture a wide variety of static images and behind-the-scenes to maximize options during editing
Enhance images through editing techniques ensuring color/cropping/filter choices match intended style

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Photography or extensive equivalent experience
5+ years experience as lead photographer on advertising campaigns
Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop
Sharp creative and technical skills showcased in advertising photography portfolio
Strong direction and communication skills working with teams on location
Ability to work effectively under pressure handling last-minute requests

Camera Use in Photography & Editing:

Operate professional DSLR or mirrorless cameras (Canon, Nikon, Sony, etc.) to capture high-resolution images and videos.
Select appropriate lenses (wide-angle, prime, telephoto, macro) based on shoot requirements.
Adjust manual settings such as aperture (f-stop), shutter speed, ISO, and white balance to achieve desired exposure and effects.
