The role includes patient counselling, prescription verification, and inventory management, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.Monitor expiry dates and handle expired or damaged products as per protocol. Assist in sales of over-the-counter (OTC) medications and health products. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the pharmacy. Ensure billing accuracy and assist in managing insurance or third-party claims (if applicable). Educate customers on health and wellness products.
