Position: HR Executive Location: Andheri (East), Mumbai Industry: Pharmaceutical Job Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes. Conduct onboarding and induction for new employees. Monitor attendance and leave management . Handle payroll processing efficiently. Work on HRIS systems for data management. Organize and execute employee engagement activities . Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support HR initiatives. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in HR functions. Prior experience with HRIS or any HR management software is a must. Recruitment experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred. Strong communication skills . Candidates residing in or near Andheri (E) preferred. Should be comfortable with 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM working hours. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
