We are seeking an experienced QC Analyst with specialized knowledge in ICP Machine Analytics and relevant testing methodologies. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in operating and analyzing samples using ICP-OES (Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectroscopy) and other associated laboratory equipment. Your primary responsibilities will include: Instrument Operation & Analysis: - Conducting elemental analysis utilizing ICP-OES on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. - Operating, calibrating, and maintaining the ICP machine to ensure precise and dependable results. - Preparing and analyzing samples following established procedures and industry standards. - Troubleshooting any technical issues related to ICP analytics. Quality Control & Testing: - Performing chemical analysis using pH meters, titration methods, weighing scales, digestors, centrifuge machines, muffle furnaces, etc. - Ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements in all analytical testing. - Monitoring test results and comparing them with predefined quality specifications. Documentation & Reporting: - Maintaining accurate records of ICP test results and observations. - Generating detailed analytical reports and presenting findings to relevant stakeholders. - Documenting deviations, corrective actions, and enhancements in QC procedures. Compliance & Process Improvement: - Upholding safety, quality, and environmental regulations in laboratory operations. - Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency. - Supporting audits by providing pertinent test reports and documentation. Collaboration & Training: - Collaborating closely with production, R&D, and quality teams to facilitate process improvements. - Training and guiding junior QC staff on ICP machine operations and analytical techniques. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with ICP-OES/ICP-MS analysis. - Strong understanding of elemental analysis, spectroscopy techniques, and laboratory protocols. - Proficiency in handling pH meters, titration, weighing scales, and other QC instruments. - Experience in quality control, chemical analysis, and documentation. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in metallurgy, battery materials, or chemical industries is advantageous. - Knowledge of ISO, NABL, or other regulatory standards. - Familiarity with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System). Job Title: Quality Control Executive Ayurveda Products Department: Quality Control (QC) Location: Kundli Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Executive to ensure the quality, safety, and compliance of Ayurvedic products. The QC Officer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining testing protocols for raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products according to GMP and regulatory standards applicable to Ayurveda and herbal formulations. Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine quality checks and testing of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process samples , and finished Ayurvedic products . Ensure compliance with AYUSH regulations , GMP , and ISO standards where applicable. Maintain and calibrate lab instruments such as HPTLC, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, pH meters, etc. Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) , test reports , COAs , and specifications for materials and products. Conduct microbiological testing and stability studies as required. Collaborate with the R&D, production , and QA departments for troubleshooting and quality-related investigations. Handle non-conformance reports (NCRs) and support in CAPA implementation . Review batch manufacturing records (BMRs) and ensure quality documentation is in place. Support in regulatory audits (AYUSH, FSSAI, WHO-GMP, etc.) and third-party inspections. Requirements: Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or B.Pharm / M.Pharm (Ayurveda or Pharmaceutics preferred). Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Quality Control in an Ayurvedic / herbal / pharmaceutical company . Skills: Knowledge of Herbal Pharmacopoeia , Ayurvedic raw materials, and formulations. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like AYUSH , WHO-GMP , and FSSAI . Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Proficiency in laboratory practices and equipment handling. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with HPTLC , TLC , moisture analysis , ash value , and extractive value testing. Knowledge of modern analytical techniques used in herbal product testing.
