Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced PGT English Teacher to join our senior secondary school faculty. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, a passion for literature and language, and the ability to inspire and engage students of Classes XI and XII.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English to senior secondary classes (11th & 12th) in accordance with the State board curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments that meet academic standards.
• Promote creative and critical thinking through literary discussions, writing activities, and projects.
• Evaluate student performance through classwork, homework, examinations, and projects.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Stay updated with new teaching methods, syllabus changes, and educational technology.
• Organize and participate in school events, literary activities, debates, and other English language initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and school management.
• Maintain proper student records and contribute to academic planning and department meetings.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in English from a recognized university.
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital tools is a plus.
• Strong classroom management and lesson planning abilities.
