Role Summary Crimson World School Rudrapur is looking for a committed and experienced Accountancy Teacher for senior secondary grades (11–12). The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, teaching proficiency, and the ability to foster critical thinking and application-based learning in students. Key Responsibilities Deliver well-structured lessons in Accountancy aligned with CBSE curriculum. Develop lesson plans, assignments, and assessments to enhance conceptual understanding. Prepare students for board examinations with a focus on both theory and practical application. Use innovative teaching methods including case studies and digital tools to engage students. Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and maintain academic records. Collaborate with peers and school leadership for cross-functional academic activities. Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and faculty development programs. Candidate Profile Education: Postgraduate in Commerce (M.Com or equivalent) with a B.Ed. mandatory. Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience teaching Accountancy at the senior secondary level in a CBSE-affiliated school. Skills: Strong command of Accountancy concepts and pedagogy. Proficiency in digital teaching tools (MS Office, Smart Boards, etc.) Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Ability to inspire and motivate students.
