Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Ensure adherence to all labour laws and statutory regulations (Factory Act, ESIC, PF, CLRA, etc.)
2. Maintain harmonious industrial relations with workers and unions.3. Manage time office, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.4. Liaison with government and regulatory authorities.5. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff and workers.6. Lead employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.7. Maintain discipline and handle grievance redressal effectively.8. Support audits, inspections, and compliance reporting.9. Drive implementation of HR policies, systems, and documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong knowledge of labour laws and plant HR practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Proven experience in managing factory-level IR and statutory compliance.Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.Ability to work independently and lead a small HR team.
