Job Description

Role: Secretary to Sr. Vice President

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Sr. Vice President.
  • Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments efficiently.
  • Handle all forms of correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls) and ensure timely communication.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the Sr. VP.
  • Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the Sr. VP.
  • Make travel arrangements including flights, hotel bookings, and itineraries.
  • Assist in organizing internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Follow up on action items and ensure timely execution of tasks.
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity
  • Prior experience supporting senior management/executives preferred
