Role & responsibilities Product Training: Develop and deliver detailed training modules on Walplast products to the sales team / other team members, ensuring deep product knowledge and understanding. Competency Assessment: Monitor and ensure sales employees meet the required knowledge and competency scores through assessments and evaluations. Query Resolution: Address and resolve sales employees' product-related queries to support their field operations. State-wise Training: Conduct physical training sessions across different states, ensuring consistent training delivery and engagement. Coaching Calls: Lead and manage regular coaching calls to provide continuous learning and support to the sales team. Training Program Management: Continuously improve training materials, methods, and delivery based on feedback and industry best practices. Performance Tracking: Track the impact of training programs on sales performance and report findings to management. Travel required to conduct state-wise training sessions.
