Job Description

1) Proactive and Accountable Mindset:

We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates initiative, independent thinking, and accountability. The ideal candidate should be assertive in working closely with product and development teams, capable of addressing test-by-test challenges, and able to communicate performance issues and test results effectively as they arise.

2) Performance Testing Skills

: Proven hands-on experience in performance testing, with a strong preference for K6 using JavaScript. However, familiarity with other performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner, combined with JavaScript skills, will also be considered.

3) Playwright Experience

: Experience with the Playwright automation tool is a plus, particularly in the context of performance and end-to-end testing as K6 tools works similar to playwright.

Good to have:

1) Automation and Data Seeding Expertise:

JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

Create a suite of automated tests for developed software components
Create and maintain all required test documentation
Work with software development team to review and finalize software requirements
Execute tests during each software development phase
Lead issue resolution for bugs identified during test phases.
Develop and maintain standards with regard to automated test suite
Ensure all testing has been performed according to the established quality process.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

Experience with the following:
- Agile Development Methodology
- Playwright Automation(JavaScript).
- Selenium
- SQL
Strong background in Software Testing and Software Development
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a cross-functional project team
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or similar.
