Performance Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute
performance marketing campaigns
across digital channels (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
Utilize
Google Analytics
,
Microsoft Clarity
, and
Looker
for data analysis and campaign optimization
Monitor and report performance metrics using
dashboards
and actionable insights
Conduct
SQL-based analysis
to track performance and customer behavior
Collaborate cross-functionally to ideate and implement
AI-driven marketing initiatives
Constantly experiment with
marketing innovations
to stay ahead in digital performance
Maintain and optimize marketing budgets, improving
ROI and conversion rates
Leverage tools like
Excel
for campaign tracking, budget analysis, and funnel mapping

Qualifications & Skills:

4–8 years of experience in
Performance or Digital Marketing
Strong command of
Analytics tools
(Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Looker)
Hands-on experience with
SQL
and
Excel
for marketing data analysis
Creative flair in
presentation creation
(especially storytelling via slides)
Familiarity or interest in
AI tools
and their application in marketing
Results-driven, innovative, and analytical mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
