Performance Marketer - Meta and Google Ads

As a Performance Marketing Executive at Divine Hindu, you will be responsible for leading paid campaigns across various platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and more. Your role will involve managing ad budgets, optimizing for conversions, collaborating with design and content teams to build and test creatives, analyzing campaign performance, and scaling successful strategies. You will have ownership of the full funnel including targeting, landing pages, CRO, and retargeting. Additionally, you will conduct A/B tests, experiment with new platforms, and closely coordinate with brand, tech, and ecommerce teams. To be successful in this role, you should have 3 years of performance marketing experience specifically within the D2C brand space. Hands-on experience with running Meta and Google ads at scale is essential, along with a solid understanding of metrics such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, funnel performance, and attribution. Proficiency in ad platforms, analytics tools like GA4 and Meta Pixel, as well as budget pacing is required. A data-driven mindset with strong creative judgment is key, and experience with platforms like Shopify, Unicommerce, or Klaviyo is a bonus.
