As a Remote Infrastructure Management Specialist, you will leverage your extensive experience of over 10 years in remote infrastructure management to support both Desktop and Server virtualization environments for our esteemed clients. Your proficiency and hands-on experience in Citrix XenApp & Xendesktop, as well as Xen Server implementation and configuration, will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of enterprise Citrix environments. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues within the Citrix environment, including but not limited to Web interface, Application enumeration, performance issues, printing, and provisioning. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in resolving technical incidents escalated by the L-2 team, ensuring timely and effective solutions. Your role will also involve analyzing Change Requests, collaborating with clients and stakeholders to review and validate change requests, particularly those of high complexity, critical, and emergency nature. Furthermore, you will actively participate in Problem Management review meetings, providing insightful root cause analysis and recommendations for sustainable solutions. As a key member of the team, you will drive Incident Review bridges, identifying potential problems and proposing implementable solutions. Your commitment to SLA compliance and ensuring the availability of services will be paramount in maintaining operational excellence. Moreover, your experience in migration/upgradation projects and application publishing in presentation servers will be invaluable assets in delivering high-quality services. Effective communication, both verbal and written, is essential in this role, as you will collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders. Having a strong understanding of ITIL processes, along with technical certifications in Citrix and ITIL, is a requirement for this position. Additionally, your flexibility to work on a 24/7 rotational shift basis, participate in on-call schedules, and weekend change schedules is crucial for meeting the demands of the role.
