Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pega Developer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing Pega applications, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
Design, develop, and implement Pega applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Perform unit testing and facilitate user acceptance testing.
Maintain and support existing Pega applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards in Pega development.

Skills and Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in Pega development.
Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC and related frameworks.
Experience with Pega BPM and Pega CRM applications.
Proficiency in Java, SQL, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Certification in Pega (CSSA or CLSA) is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
