Key Responsibilities: Design and develop Pega applications, components, flows, activities, and interfaces according to business requirements. Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support. Experience with Pega integration (SOAP, REST, connectors/services). Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and BPM principles. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Pega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certification. Experience with Pega frameworks (e.g., Customer Service, Smart Dispute, Marketing). Experience in DevOps tools and CI/CD processes with Pega.
