The SK318 Development Project encompasses the development of the Rosmari and Marjoram gas field situated at SK318 PSC Block in Sarawak Water. Your role will involve supporting the projects Lead Commissioning Engineer (LCE) in overseeing the Electrical discipline CSU team within the OGP project. This entails managing pre-commissioning, commissioning activities, and initial startup/performance testing of newly constructed facilities for the Onshore Gas Plant (OGP). You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to safety standards, coordinating handovers of Electrical commissioned systems to the Completion team, and meeting the agreed Acceptance Criteria. Your principal accountabilities will include providing leadership and guidance to the CSU Electrical discipline commissioning site team, leading pre-commissioning and commissioning of various electrical systems, ensuring testing of electrical equipment as per requirements, managing spare parts, overseeing testing progress, and handling punch lists/outstanding works. Additionally, you will be involved in updating as-built drawings, participating in equipment factory acceptance tests, attending various workshops and meetings, supporting Start-up on Paper (SUOP) preparation, and more. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical /Electronic Engineering or a related field, possess relevant experience in Oil & Gas facilities/plants, and be familiar with CSU Project Standard and Guide. It is required to have the Electrical chargeman L1 qualification, IECEx Competence certification, experience in commissioning electrical systems, knowledge of transformer, protection relay/switchgear, HVAC system, and more. Experience in using Completion Management System (CMS) is an added advantage. Strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multi-disciplinary relationships are essential for this position. As the Commissioning and Startup Engineer, your role will involve supporting the projects Lead Commissioning Engineer (LCE) in managing the PACO discipline CSU team within the OGP project. You will be responsible for executing pre-commissioning, commissioning activities, and initial startup/performance testing of newly constructed facilities for the Onshore Gas Plant (OGP). This includes providing HSSE leadership, managing interfaces, and coordinating all handovers of commissioned systems to the Completion team. Your leadership and guidance will ensure the safety standards are implemented and maintained throughout the commissioning process. You will lead the CSU PACO discipline in commissioning various systems such as MAC, PCS, SIS, and FGS, ensuring proper configuration and testing according to design intent and operating requirements. Your responsibilities will also include testing all instrumentation and control/protection systems as per the SAT, ITR B, and CTP requirements. Additionally, you will oversee the commissioning of production fiscal metering and analyzers, calibration of level transmitters, and testing of safety critical equipment. Your role will involve ensuring proper calibration and documentation of PVRV, PSRV, and SCE, as well as managing spare parts inventory for instrumentation systems. You will lead the PACO CSU team in their system ownership responsibilities, ensure testing progress aligns with the schedule plan, and supervise punch lists/outstanding works. Collaboration with Construction team, Operations, and other Commissioning disciplines team will be essential to address outstanding issues and ensure safety procedures are followed. You will represent the Project team in Equipment Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) at vendor premises, participate in various scenario studies and workshops, and attend safety interface/coordination meetings with EPCC Contractor and Operations/Maintenance. Your role will also involve preparation for Start-up on Paper (SUOP) and CSU What If Scenario Workshop, ensuring proper documentation and communication throughout the project completion. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Process, Electronic & Communication, or equivalent field, with hands-on experience in Oil & Gas facilities and expertise in instrumentation and control systems. Knowledge of CSU Project Standards, Commissioning Facilities Procedures, and functional safety engineering qualifications will be advantageous. Experience in offshore or onshore CSU execution, completion management systems, and commissioning of instrumentation systems will be essential for success in this role. Your demonstrated leadership, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage relationships across multi-disciplines and operation teams will be critical for ensuring successful commissioning and startup of the OGP project. You should be capable of interpreting engineering drawings, developing commissioning test plans and procedures, and overseeing the overall process system for oil and gas related plants.,
