Mandatory Competency : - Salesforce Integration + Financial Services Cloud Implementation experience (FSC Cloud) + PD2 & PD1 certified + Banking domain (Except Insurance and Retail banking- Payments domain would work) Domain : - Banking / Financial Services (Payments preferred; Insurance & Retail Banking excluded) Mandatory Skills & Competencies : - Salesforce Development (5+ years) - Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementation experience - Strong expertise in Salesforce LWC, Apex, and Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) - Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I & II (PD1 & PD2) - Experience in Banking/Payments domain (mandatory) Key Responsibilities : - Lead development and integration of Salesforce solutions using LWC, Apex, and FSC - Take full ownership of development tasks from requirements gathering to deployment - Implement, configure, and customize Financial Services Cloud - Design and develop secure and scalable integrations with third-party systems - Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with minimal turnaround time - Quickly adapt to new projects and deliverables with tight deadlines - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical dependencies - Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and CI/CD processes Preferred Experience : - Hands-on experience in Salesforce integrations across financial systems - Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodology - Working knowledge of Salesforce Shield, Event Monitoring, or Data Masking is a plus Required Soft Skills : - Strong communication skills (verbal and written) - Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team - Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Location - WFO Noida/Gurgaon/Pune Work Mode - WFO 3 days in week for now. Once Hybrid is ruled out, all 5 days. Shift timings - 1 PM to 10 PM (1-2 hour of overlapping might happen) Interview Process - 2 Technical Discussion + 2 Client Rounds + 1 Managerial Discussion
