We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technician - Laboratory to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have experience in performing laboratory tests and experiments, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and supporting ongoing research projects. Responsibilities Conduct laboratory tests and experiments following safety protocols and procedures. Prepare and analyze samples using appropriate techniques and equipment. Maintain laboratory equipment and perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting. Document test results accurately and assist in data analysis and reporting. Collaborate with team members and support senior scientists in ongoing research projects. Ensure compliance with laboratory safety standards and regulations. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Science or related field (Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry, etc.). 1-7 years of experience in a laboratory setting preferred. Proficient in laboratory techniques such as pipetting, centrifugation, and chromatography. Familiarity with laboratory equipment like spectrophotometers, microscopes, and autoclaves. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively. Knowledge of good laboratory practices (GLP) and safety regulations.
