Senior Electronics Hardware Engineer - We are looking for a Senior Electronics Hardware Engineer in the team. In this role, candidate is expected to have a hands-on experience in hardware design and development of digital and analogue electronics; analogue and mixed domain circuits solutions. As a core member of Electronics system design team you will drive microprocessors/ microcontrollers, SoC based processing unit design and peripheral interface control, power electronics for power supply, power distribution and battery charging management and embedded systems bring-up, integration and qualification. Core Responsibilities : 1. Design and develop new hardware platform for multiple projects. 2. Partner with the embedded software team for hardware/ firmware co-design and development; optimization. 3. Ability to make sense of complex functional requirements and buld-up appropriate electronics hardware based solutions. 4. Create a reliable and modular design and qualify the integrated design with respect to the performance requirements. Requirements & Skills : Must to have : 1. 6 year to 10 years of experience in low-power circuit design, system bring-up, engineering-build integration and debug the performance issues in the integrated product. 2. 4 year to 8 years of experience driving design development from component selection, schematic capture, PCB layout, assembly and integration with other modules of product. 3. 5+ of experience in development of Multi-layer, mixed-signal board-level design in Altium/ Eagle. 4. Experience of power supply topologies: DC-DC, Flyback Converters, LDOs, etc. 5. Experience of Battery charger design, signal conditioning, sensor interface; protection circuits. 6. Hand-on experience in hardware implementation of embedded system data communication protocols such as 1-wire, I2C, SPI, UART, USB, TCP/ IP, wireless, BLE 7. Experience of BDC/ BLDC or steppers motors, motor driver circuit design and its working principles. 8. Diverse experience in microcontroller/ microprocessor based circuit design and bring-up. - Ideally from ST/ TI/ NXP/ Renesas and sensor interface on PCBA level. 9. Ability to Interface sensors like current-voltage, Time-of-Flight, Proximity, Position, ALS, etc on a PCBA level. 10. Knowledge about Design calculations/ Worst-case performance analysis, Design Documentation during Product Development Life-Cycle milestones. 11. Knowledge of EMI/ EMC/ ESD standards and practices is preferred. Good to have : 1. Strong communication and documentation skills and ability to operate independently. 2. Experience with portable, battery operated designs and power budgeting. 3. Knowledge about Wi-fi/ Bluetooth/ RF/ Antenna Technologies . 4. Experience of Microphone and Speaker circuit design is a plus 5. Familiar with PCB fabrication technologies, Rigid-Flex PCBs, Flex Cables. 6. Hand-on experience of manufacturing process including DFM and DFT for consumer products at scale. 7. Familiar with MIPI Camera CSI and DSI ; display Modules and their communication protocols applications; Audio signal Processing interface.

Role & responsibilities High-Speed PCB Design: Develop PCB layouts for high-speed systems, including DDR, PCIe, USB, Ethernet, and other high-frequency interfaces. Signal and Power Integrity: Perform signal and power integrity analysis to ensure optimal design performance. Layer Stack-up Design: Define PCB stack-ups and impedance-controlled designs for high-speed and high-density applications. Simulation and Validation: Use simulation tools to validate designs for crosstalk, impedance matching, and high-speed signals. Component Placement and Routing: Optimize placement and routing strategies to meet performance, manufacturability, and cost requirements. Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Test (DFT): Collaborate with fabrication and assembly teams to ensure manufacturability and testability of designs. Documentation: Generate detailed design files, BOMs, and fabrication documentation. Compliance: Ensure designs adhere to industry standards (e.g., IPC-6012, ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements. Collaboration: Work closely with hardware, firmware, and system engineering teams to meet project requirements. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in PCB design with a focus on high-speed digital and RF designs. Expertise in Altium for PCB Design Strong knowledge of signal integrity, power integrity, and EMI/EMC design principles. Proficiency in high-speed interfaces (DDR3/DDR4/DDR5, PCIe, SerDes, etc.). Familiarity with simulation tools like HyperLynx, Ansys, or SIwave for signal and power integrity analysis. Hands-on experience with impedance-controlled designs and differential pair routing. Solid understanding of PCB fabrication and assembly processes.
