NTT DATA is looking for a P&C BA Data Migration to join the team in Any, Uttar Pradesh, India. As a P&C BA Data Migration, you will be responsible for providing insights into best practices within the insurance domain, staying updated on regulatory changes, planning and implementing data migration strategies, collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders, identifying risks, conducting testing, providing training and support, and ensuring accuracy and integrity of migrated data. Your key responsibilities will include: Industry Expertise: - Providing insights into best practices within the insurance domain to ensure compliance and enhance data quality. - Staying updated on regulatory changes affecting the insurance industry that may impact data processing and migration. Data Migration Leadership: - Planning, designing, and implementing comprehensive data migration strategies to facilitate smooth transitions between systems. - Overseeing the entire data migration process, including data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and loading (ETL / ELT). Collaboration and Communication: - Liaising between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of migration objectives with business goals. - Preparing and presenting progress reports and analytical findings to management and cross-functional teams. Risk Management: - Identifying potential data migration risks and developing mitigation strategies. - Conducting thorough testing and validation of migrated data to ensure accuracy and integrity. Training and Support: - Training team members and clients on new systems and data handling processes post-migration. - Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for data-related issues. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. - Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the insurance domain with a focus on data migration projects. - Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting, claims, and regulatory requirements. - Proficient in data migration tools and techniques, with experience in ETL processes. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. - Strong communication and presentation skills to interact with various stakeholders.
