Maintain and present / discuss process and business performance dashboard with internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to senior management. Perform end-to-end business diagnostic analysis to dissect to identify potential risks, gaps, and areas of improvement. Work with cross functions (Operation, Training, and others) to make action plans and drive the same to achieve better results. Plan and coordinate for resource planning and QA framework execution Initiate and execute remediation plans resulting in better business performance. Key Skills: Effective Coaching and feedback skills Ability to identify, analyze opportunities in RCM specific US Healthcare processes (End to End), propose improvement actions and execution Ability to analyze data / information and derive insights. Strong report management skills Extremely good in Excel, Power Point Skills in numerical and statistical analysis Good Communication
