About the Role: We are seeking motivated Payment Executives to join our Payment Department at Eduport. This team plays a vital role in managing and following up on student EMIs post-admission. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Malayalam and possess good communication skills to engage with parents or guardians and ensure timely collection of dues. Key Responsibilities: Call and follow up with parents/students regarding pending EMIs Maintain accurate records of payment schedules and follow-ups Coordinate and update the payment tracking system Assist in resolving queries related to payment timelines or issues Achieve weekly/monthly EMI collection targets Ensure professional and courteous communication at all times Requirements: Strong verbal communication skills in Malayalam (mandatory) Basic proficiency in English (preferred) Graduates preferred Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, email communication) Previous experience in payment collection, financial follow-ups, or tele-calling preferred Ability to multitask and handle work pressure with empathy and discipline Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
