A person with Diploma in mechanical engineering /metallurgy background with minimum Ultrasonic Testing (UT) & Radiographic Testing (RT) level II qualification and having good knowledge of NDE techniques. Thorough knowledge of NDE techniques, UT in particular is required. The person shall also have good hands-on experience in Ultrasonic inspection of welds preferably of pressure vessel. Knowledge of advanced NDE methods of PAUT and TOFD is considered added advantage. Person to be familiar with Pressure Vessel manufacturing and NDE. Knowledge of ASME codes and standards is desirable. Job Description include: Performing Ultrasonic inspection of welds of pressure vessels and other components. Preparation of reports. Preparation of technique sheets, procedures and calibration block drawings. Radiographic Testing Film review, techniques sheet review and procedure preparation. Overall NDE planning and execution of NDE activities. Interaction and coordinating with customers.

Technical Expertise: Provide advanced technical guidance in the development, implementation, and optimization of NDE techniques (e.g., ultrasonic testing, radiography, magnetic particle inspection, eddy current testing, etc.). Act as corporate Level 3 in training, consulting and project related activities. 4. Innovation and Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement in NDE processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and reliability of inspections. 5.Collaboration: Work closely with local and global teams to integrate NDE solutions as part of project executions as well as product developments. 6. Standards Compliance: Ensure all NDE activities comply with applicable industry standards (e.g., ASNT, ASME, API, ISO), regulatory requirements, and Oceaneering as well as customer specific procedures.

Experience Required: 2 to 5 Years Job Type: Full-Time Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and certified PAUT Technician with 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of advanced ultrasonic inspection techniques and be capable of executing inspections independently on-site or in our lab. Key Responsibilities: Perform PAUT inspections on welds, components, and materials as per project requirements and applicable standards. Calibrate PAUT equipment and set up scan plans using software. Interpret and evaluate scan data for flaws and discontinuities. Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain proper documentation.
