Implement and maintain 5S, safety, and housekeeping standards. Manage inventory of pattern making materials, tools, and equipment. Drive process improvements to reduce lead time and improve pattern quality. Train and mentor pattern makers and apprentices. Collaborate with vendors or internal departments for outsourcing pattern work when required.
