Job Responsibilities:
1. Front Desk Management:
β Greet and assist patients with inquiries and appointments.
β Handle walk-in patients and manage appointment schedules.
2. Patient Counseling & Sales:
β Guide patients about available therapies and treatment plans.
β Enroll patients for therapy and follow up on rejoining.
β Handle referral patient enrollments to drive business growth.
3. Patient Records & Reporting:
β Maintain and update the daily patient visit sheet.
β Send daily reports on patient visits and remarks via email.
β Compile a 5-day report every month for management review.
4. Follow-up & Retention:
β Make 40 follow-up calls daily to potential and existing patients.
β Persuade old patients to rejoin therapy sessions.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
β Daily Follow-Ups: Minimum 40 calls per day to prospective or existing patients. β Enrolment Rate: Number of new patients enrolled in therapy. β Patient Retention: Percentage of old patients convinced to rejoin therapy. β Daily Reporting: Timely update and submission of patient visit reports. β Customer Satisfaction: Positive patient feedback and service quality.
