Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate must have strong English communication skills, as this is a US Healthcare Backend process.

Below are the job responsibilities:

  1. Handling patients' calls professionally.
  2. Reviewing voicemails and promptly returning calls to patients.
  3. Scheduling patient appointments on the EPIC portal.
  4. Uploading patient documents to the EPIC portal
  5. Act as the main point of contact for patients.
  6. Schedule and coordinate appointments, treatments, and follow-ups.
  7. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.
  8. Assist patients with insurance processes.
  9. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
  10. Provide compassionate support to patients and families.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in healthcare administration or related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in healthcare coordination (preferred).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
