Job Description

Pathologist

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct and report on various pathology tests (Hematology, Biochemistry, Cytology, Histopathology, etc.)
Ensure accurate diagnosis and timely reporting of lab investigations
Oversee lab technicians and ensure adherence to quality control protocols
Review and validate test results before release
Maintain laboratory documentation and ensure compliance with medical standards

Qualifications:

MBBS with MD / DNB in Pathology
Valid registration with NMC or State Medical Council
Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience

Skills Required:

Strong diagnostic and reporting skills
Familiarity with lab equipment and reporting software
Team leadership and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and record-keeping
