Patent Paralegal

You will be joining LEX IP CARE LLP, a firm specializing in Intellectual Property Laws in India, with a primary focus on Patent Prosecution and Patent Litigation. Our firm is dedicated to providing techno-legal services related to Patent filing, prosecution, oppositions, renewals, and litigation. We are committed to continuously updating our skills and knowledge to effectively address the challenges of Intellectual Property Rights in India. As an Intellectual Property Paralegal at LEX IP CARE LLP, based in Gurugram, you will take on a full-time on-site role. Your responsibilities will include handling tasks related to Patent Applications, Patent Preparation, Legal Document Preparation, Patent Law, and Intellectual Property on a day-to-day basis. To excel in this role, you should possess strong skills in Patent Applications and Patent Preparation, Legal Document Preparation, and Patent Law. An understanding of Intellectual Property laws is essential, along with prior experience in Patent Prosecution and Litigation. Attention to detail and analytical skills are key attributes for success in this position. We prefer candidates with a B.Com or B.A. degree (LLB/LLM candidates are requested not to apply), and freshers are encouraged to apply.
