Responsibilities: Advanced Wound Care Management: Provide expert care in wound management, including the application of specialized dressings and advanced dressing techniques for various wound types. Patch Application: Skillfully apply medical patches as per prescribed protocols, ensuring correct placement and patient comfort. Operating Theater (OT) Assistance: Provide professional assistance in the Operating Theater, supporting surgical procedures and maintaining a sterile environment. Nursing Care: Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, adhering to best practices and clinical guidelines. Patient Education & Support: Educate patients and their families on wound care, post-operative instructions, and disease management, particularly concerning Diabetic Foot Ulcers. DFU Expertise: Apply in-depth knowledge of Diabetic Foot Ulcers (DFU) for effective assessment, treatment, and preventive care. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, treatment plans, and progress reports in compliance with healthcare standards. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care and optimal outcomes. Required Skills: Proficiency in the application of medical patches. Expertise in advanced dressing techniques. Ability to provide assistance in the Operating Theater (OT Assist). Strong foundational knowledge and practical skills in Nursing. Specialized knowledge and experience in Wound Care Management. In-depth knowledge about Diabetic Foot Ulcers (DFU). Educational background: Graduation (BSc Nursing preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a clinical environment.
