Pastry Chef

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Weekly off on Friday) Experience Required: 1+ years

Le Bakers School is seeking a talented and creative Pastry Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and an eye for detail, with the ability to produce high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for developing new recipes, overseeing kitchen operations, and ensuring that all products meet our high standards. Responsibilities: - Develop and create innovative and high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods. - Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to health and safety standards. - Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain proper stock levels. - Train and mentor junior staff and students, providing guidance and support. - Ensure consistency in product quality, taste, and presentation. - Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to plan and execute menu items. - Maintain a clean and organized work environment. - Stay updated with the latest pastry trends and techniques. Qualifications: - Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role. - Formal culinary training or certification is preferred. - Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment. - Creativity and the ability to develop unique and appealing pastry products. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. - Strong leadership and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
