We are looking for a
Partnership Manager
to spearhead the onboarding of merchants in the offers/affiliate
space. This is a high-impact role where you'll be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with top brands and advertisers. You should bring existing industry relationships, a strategic mindset, and a relentless focus on quality and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new merchants/advertisers across key verticals (eCommerce, fashion, food, lifestyle, D2C, etc).
Leverage your network to bring in top-tier brands and high-converting offers.
Own end-to-end partnership development: outreach, negotiation, onboarding, and go-live.
Collaborate with internal tech and operations teams to ensure seamless offer setup, tracking integration, and launch.
Maintain high standards of offer quality, compliance, and performance.
Help define onboarding processes, partner documentation, and merchant success frameworks from scratch.
Continuously evaluate market trends and competitor activity to refine partnership strategy.
Ideal Candidate Profile
2-4+ years of experience in the affiliate marketing / performance marketing/ curated offers ecosystem.
Proven track record of onboarding brands
Strong industry relationships with affiliate managers, D2C brands, or affiliate vendors
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A builder mindset ability to set up systems, processes, and relationships from 0-1.
Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable with fast-paced environments.
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience launching or scaling an offers program
Domain knowledge of offers specific to the Indian market or emerging global geographies.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in tech-first companies.
