The ideal candidate should have expertise in basketball coaching and a passion for empowering young female athletes to excel in the sport.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct structured basketball training sessions exclusively for girls.
• Develop drills for dribbling, shooting, passing, and defense.
• Train and prepare girls’ teams for inter-house, inter-school, and district-level tournaments.
• Organize practice matches and evaluate performance.
• Maintain basketball equipment and ensure safe play conditions.
• Promote confidence, teamwork, and discipline among girl players.
• Provide basic first aid in case of minor injuries during training.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Educational Qualification: Certification/Diploma in Basketball Coaching preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably coaching girls’ teams in schools or academies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate young female athletes.
• Knowledge of modern basketball training techniques.
