Job Description

Installation Management:

1. Installation Planning and Coordination

Coordinate and schedule installation of parking systems at client locations.
Review project requirements and design specifications with clients and internal teams.
Plan installation timelines and resources, ensuring optimal deployment of personnel and equipment.

2. Site Preparation and Assessment:

Conduct site surveys to evaluate the location for proper installation of equipment.
Ensure the site meets all technical requirements (e.g., power supply, network connectivity, safety standards).
Work with clients to prepare the site for installation and address any challenges that may arise.

3. System Installation:

Oversee the installation of parking systems, including hardware (barriers, sensors, ticketing machines) and software integration.
Ensure proper installation of components, including ensuring systems are correctly integrated with existing infrastructure.
Perform system configuration and initial setup, ensuring everything functions as intended.

4. Testing and Quality Assurance:

Conduct rigorous testing of the installed system to ensure that it operates effectively and meets specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process.
Ensure that all systems are compliant with safety, regulatory, and operational standards.

5. Client Communication:

Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the installation process, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
Provide on-site technical assistance to clients and answer any technical questions they may have.
Obtain client sign-off upon successful installation and testing of the system.
