Qualifications and Skills Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Business Administration, or related field (Masters degree preferred). 3 - 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a leadership/management role. Strong understanding of early childhood education principles, curriculum, and licensing requirements. Experience in admissions counseling, enrollment management, and revenue generation. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to implement strategies for enrollment and revenue growth. Certification in CPR and First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
