As an Electrical Engineer - Installation & Site Supervisor at Ralsonics, you will be a crucial team member responsible for overseeing the efficient and timely installation and commissioning of ultrasonic cleaning and surface treatment equipment at customer sites. Your role will involve serving as the main point of contact during the installation process, facilitating seamless coordination between customers and internal teams for successful project execution. Your primary responsibilities will include supervising on-site electrical installations, managing tasks such as wiring, cable routing, earthing, and panel integration. You will collaborate with internal fitters, project engineers, and customer site teams to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, conducting pre-commissioning activities and functional testing of electrical and automation systems will be part of your duties, ensuring adherence to wiring diagrams, safety protocols, and project specifications. Maintaining meticulous installation checklists, reports, and redlined drawings will be essential, along with acting as the technical point of contact for customers during installation and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT). Proactive communication to address site issues promptly and ensure timely project handover will be key to your success in this role. To be successful in this position, you should hold a Diploma or B.E./B.Tech degree in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering and possess 2 to 5 years of experience in on-site installation of capital or industrial equipment. Proficiency in electrical panels, control wiring, instrumentation, and basic automation (knowledge of PLC/HMI is advantageous) is required. Familiarity with tools like multimeters, IR testers, and basic troubleshooting skills is essential. A willingness to travel extensively across India for project execution, excellent communication abilities, and a professional demeanor with customers are important attributes for this role. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers benefits such as commuter assistance, a flexible schedule, leave encashment, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, with a yearly bonus provided. A Diploma qualification and a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience are necessary, along with a willingness to travel 75% of the time.
