Job Overview: We are looking for a results-driven and technically proficient Sales Engineer to spearhead our sales efforts in both Low Voltage (LV) and High Voltage (HV) Control Panels. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in the electrical panel industry, especially in dealing with panel builders and related electrical goods. This position is key to expanding our customer base, strengthening relationships, and ensuring end-to-end project alignment from technical consulting to sales closure. Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and manage business opportunities in LV & HV panel segments Develop a network of panel builders, contractors, OEMs , and industrial clients Offer customized technical solutions and value-added proposals tailored to client needs Deliver technical presentations and conduct on-site product demonstrations Collaborate closely with design, production, and project execution teams for seamless project delivery Maintain strong professional relationships and provide post-sales support Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and client preferences Drive business growth by consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets Understand technical specifications and convert them into commercially viable offerings Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, and networking events Requirements: In-depth knowledge of LV & HV control panels , switchgear, and electrical distribution systems Proven sales experience with panel builders, EPCs, and industrial clients Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Strong analytical skills and technical problem-solving abilities Proficiency in mail communication, offer preparation , and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently as well as in a team Ability and willingness to travel to client sites and industrial locations Two-wheeler (bike) with valid driving license is mandatory To Apply: Send your resume to hr@kannect.in with the subject line: Application for Sales Engineer LV & HV Panels

Roles and Responsibilities Develop marketing strategies by day to day visits for industrial automation products such as MCCB, MCB, LV switchgear, control panels, relays, sensors, cables, and VFD drives. Coordinate with sales support and logistics teams to identify customer needs and provide technical solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers and partners. Manage relationships with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and panel builders to promote our electrical components. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions. Desired Candidate Profile 2-6 years of experience in industrial automation or a related field in Vadodara OEM market. B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electrical or EC or Diploma in Electrical or EC with Profound Technical knowledge. Strong understanding of electrical panel components, including MCB, MCCB, Contactors, relays, SMPS, SPD, Enclosures, VFD Drives, and Communication cables.
