Palantir Project Lead (Engineering)

As a Palantir Project Lead (Engineering) at Eaton Technologies in Pune, you will be at the forefront of leading cutting-edge engineering technology projects and establishing the digital thread within the engineering domain using Palantir's powerful artificial intelligence platform (AIP) technology. Your role will involve overseeing all Palantir Engineering initiatives, managing the vision and roadmap, ensuring progress towards key milestones, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and resolving any roadblocks to ensure the team's success. Your responsibilities will include shaping the vision and roadmap for building the engineering digital thread, driving innovation and technological advancements across Eaton. You will be responsible for elevating team performance to deliver cutting-edge capabilities for engineering stakeholders, leveraging Agile methodology values and practices to plan and deliver transformative solutions, and collecting, tracking, and reporting Agile metrics to drive continuous improvement. Moreover, you will coordinate with other Agile teams to ensure alignment, create a safe and trusting environment for issue resolution, manage resource allocation for project deliverables, and communicate risks, status, and updates to business stakeholders. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree and have at least 8 years of experience as a Project Lead or in a similar role leading highly complex engineering technology projects. You should possess expert-level experience deploying solutions across engineering functions and working with engineering design systems such as PLM, CAD, CAE, RM, Systems Engineering, and Product Configuration. Additionally, you should have a deep understanding of product management, modern product delivery processes, and experience leading the development of software solutions in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. You should also demonstrate patience and empathy when working with mentees and individuals new to Agile practices, possess effective listening skills, and have experience collaborating with diverse global teams and organizations.,
