Painter

skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing paints, and applying finishes on various structures including walls, ceilings, furniture, and exterior surfaces. You must have a strong eye for detail, knowledge of paint types, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, filling holes, and applying primers or sealers.
• Mix and match paint, stain, and other finishes to achieve desired color and texture.
• Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
• Protect nearby surfaces and furnishings with drop cloths, masking tape, or protective coverings.
• Perform touch-ups and repairs as needed.
• Clean tools and equipment after use and maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear (e.g., masks, gloves).
• Communicate with clients or supervisors to understand project requirements and expectations.
• Maintain records of work progress, time, and materials used.
