Job Description: As a Production Officer Support, you will be an essential part of the production team, responsible for assisting in the daily manufacturing operations. Your primary role is to support the production department in achieving its targets by ensuring adherence to quality standards, production schedules, and safety protocols. This position is ideal for proactive individuals who are keen to learn and contribute to a dynamic production environment. Key Responsibilities: Production Support: Assist in overseeing the day-to-day production activities on the shop floor to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently. Quality Control: Support the quality assurance process by conducting in-process checks and ensuring that products meet the required specifications. Process Monitoring: Monitor production processes and equipment, reporting any deviations or malfunctions to senior staff to minimize downtime. Inventory & Materials: Assist in managing the inventory of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring timely availability for production. Documentation: Help maintain accurate production records, including batch manufacturing records, logbooks, and daily production reports. Safety Compliance: Promote a safe working environment by adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures, and participating in safety drills and meetings. Coordination: Liaise with other departments, such as quality control, stores, and maintenance, to ensure seamless production flow. Troubleshooting: Provide support in identifying and resolving minor production issues under the guidance of senior officers.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paint Sales Manager to drive our paint application sales across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development, managing presales and commercial activities, and building lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the paint industry, including system integrators, automotive OEMs, and Tier-1 customers. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities by engaging with system integrators, end users, and other relevant stakeholders within the paint application market across India. Manage presales activities such as generating inquiries, negotiating pricing and payment terms, controlling delivery schedules, and overseeing invoicing and collections. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, system integrators, distributors, and partners to foster long-term business growth. Plan and execute sales and promotional activities aligned with company budget and strategic goals. Achieve aggressive annual sales targets in terms of quantity, revenue, and profitability by acquiring new customers and expanding business with existing clients. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high standards of hospitality and customer service. Demonstrate punctuality, discipline, integrity, and respect in interactions with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and partners. Drive partner development initiatives within the paint industry to expand market reach. Propose innovative sales strategies, promotional tools, and digital marketing initiatives to enhance company presence and sales performance. Prepare and present regular sales activity reports in weekly and monthly review meetings. Gather and analyze market feedback and customer expectations to inform and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Coordinate and lead sales activities across Pan India with a strong focus on paint applications. Take ownership of closing sales inquiries and delivering results in a timely manner. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in the paint industry with a strong network and understanding of painting system integrators, paint manufacturers, gun makers, booth makers, and peripheral equipment suppliers. Comprehensive knowledge of painting robots, painting equipment, paint supply systems, and related peripheral technologies. Prior experience in sales, project management, or application management within robotics manufacturers, painting system integrators, or painting equipment makers is highly desirable. Sound understanding of paint quality control and the variables influencing paint application processes. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
