Job Title: Paid Media Executive / Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and performance-focused Paid Media Executive with at least 4 years of experience in running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing ad campaigns to generate high-quality leads and sales across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Run and manage campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads

Create and test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages

Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI

Handle budgets, targeting, retargeting, and bid strategies

Prepare reports and share actionable insights

Coordinate with content/design teams for creative needs

Build simple media plans for new campaigns

Stay updated with latest ad trends and platform changes

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in performance marketing

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and campaign analytics

Experience with lead generation & e-commerce conversion campaigns

Results-oriented mindset with clear focus on ROI

Good communication and teamwork skills
