Role : Shift Manager Location : Bhiwandi, Mumbai Job Purpose/Overview Job Purpose of Shift Leader is to lead shift team , both packing operator and the maintenance operator , to produce right product and required volume with Safety and Quality by enabling Senior Operator s leadership on the floor as well as team/each packing operator and maintenance operators development. Closely work with the maintenance Manger who will oversee the site maintenance and CAPEX activity and its planning. Shift leader reports to the Plant Manager who owns entire operations as key responsibility and part of Operations Leadership team to own entire Operations team performance and engagement. Key Responsibilities Key responsibilities of Shift Leader are To ensure safety, quality procedures for shift team members during his/her shift To set period target and own the result for the team on core KPIs like safety, quality and productivity. To set team vision and direction to deploy and support the team to achieve/follow. To cultivate Continuous Improvement culture through FMOS for Safety, Quality and Productivity. To support project (CI, Engineering) Job Specifications/Qualifications 1. Education Professional Qualification (Industrial) Engineering and/or supply chain bachelor/master is preferred 2. Knowledge/Experience 7+ experience in manufacturing (great if FOOD product, ISO9000/22000, GMP-GHP, HACCP) 3+ yrs leadership (people/team management) experience is mandatory 3. Physical/Mental Requirements Safety first, focus on Quality, good communication to the entire team, fairness to the team members Strong both physical and mental health

Job Responsibilities : Ensure adherence to SKU wise Production plans Manage Line Operation Operating the packaging machines Ensure adherence to CQA Quality Standards Manpower handling and Optimize Manpower utilization Ensure 5S and GMP in Plant Coordinating Production executive in TPM and other related process All Mechanical Equipment in Good safe working conditions Attending machine related Mechanical Breakdowns Attending utilities related Mechanical Breakdowns Service time for attending the faults Maintaining service level for no production loss hours Adherence to PM preventive maintenance schedule Preferred candidate profile Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical The job is located in Sanand, Ahmedabad so preferred local candidate. Transportation and Canteen facility provided by company. This role is on Third Party Payroll

* To laminate materials as per production plan and agreed specifications. Machine setting and changeover and machine operations. Regular quality control throughout the shift and visual quality check. To maintain departmental & Machine Housekeeping. To maintain machine health. To maintain record keeping. * ITI with minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field.

* Operate the flexible packaging machine efficiently daily. Ensure printing production delivery is met as per monthly target daily/weekly/monthly. Manage workforce and production shift wise daily/weekly/monthly. Ensure printing machines Capacity Utilization at optimum level daily. Quality Adherence to the Customer Specification Shade Card to reduce the customer complaints. Maintaining the machines and Systems at a regular interval as per norms. Cost Optimization of process. Quality system tracking and improvement. Ensure internal and external audits are conducted as per process/external agencies. Ensure the critical control points are monitored recorded regularly as per the departmental process. * B. Tech/B.E/Diploma in Mechanical /production/printing technology Should have 5-9 Yrs of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities: (Quality Executives) Monitor and maintain quality standards across production stages Conduct routine lab tests and ensure product compliance Supervise hygiene, sanitation, and food safety protocols Handle customer complaints and implement corrective actions Maintain all QA documentation and regulatory records Train production staff on quality systems and SOPs Coordinate with production, maintenance, and procurement teams Participate in internal and external audits Key Responsibilities: (Packing & Processing Operator) Operate and monitor dairy processing and packing machinery Ensure correct packaging of milk and milk products as per standards Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of packing area Perform CIP (Clean-in-Place) and COP (Clean-out-of-Place) activities Check packaging material quality and report discrepancies Record batch details, downtime, and production logs Follow SOPs and safety protocols during operations Minimize wastage and optimize packing efficiency Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams for smooth operations Report any machine faults or deviations to supervisors immediately

Roles and Responsibilities ( Packing Operator): 1) Attend all general electrical operations and ensure Continuous Supply of Power to the Plant without any interruption. 2) Attend periodical preventive electrical maintenance schedules of all Machines & Equipment's. 3) Attend all Electrical brake-downs and address the issues on time. 4) Follow the safety guidelines. 5) Preparation of material indents for all Electrical Spares/Equipment's as per the requirement. Roles and Responsibilities ( Processing Technician ): 1) Attend all general electrical operations and ensure Continuous Supply of Power to the Plant without any interruption. 2) Attend periodical preventive electrical maintenance schedules of all Machines & Equipment's. 3) Attend all Electrical brake-downs and address the issues on time. 4) Follow the safety guidelines. 5) Preparation of material indents for all Electrical Spares/Equipment's as per the requirement.

* 1 Operation and maintenance of Power house, Gensets, Utilities Machinery. 2. Ensure Smooth Functioning of these utilities by proper maintenance.. 3. Attend inter-Departmental queries, complaints/issues and coordinate for smooth functioning 4. To maintain daily complaints register and checklists. 5. To maintain housekeeping and safe environment system. * ITI - with min 3 year of experience.
