Packaging Associate - Automotive Packaging

Role & responsibilities

1. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to deliver project goals on-time and at the highest quality.

2. Intraction and follow up with Vendors for supplies & fullfilment w.r.t. Packaging. End to end program co-ordination of MIS, signoff,

RFQ & co-ordination till PO release.

3. Transport worthy Packaging development with the support of Packaging manager in Automotive packaging development.

4. Provide Clinical Packaging support to internal and external partners for continuous improvement and to meet business needs

5. Packaging master updation,correction and keep the record with revisions

6. Packaging suggestion and implemention with real time updation in Pack-spec,Idetify heavy part and correct the packaging as per

product requirements

7. Packaging code updation for prepacking activity. Physical LBH check,correction and Updation in system

8. Act as Key Cordinator & SPOC for Body parts & Heavy engine parts Packaging developement and Supply Chain Managemnent.

9. DWM ( Daily work management) follow and adherence

10. Packaging defining and correction for prepacking -spares parts

11. Generate and implement Packaging cost saving ideas

12.Packaging manpower management and closely work with 3PL for execution and operationional excellence.

Functional Deliverables (Minimum 3, In order of Priority):

1.Packaging development knowledge with packaging material management

2.Project Management & good at analytical skills with proactive teamplayer.

3.Packaging master updation, Packaging cost saving projects, Packaging quality inspection

Competencies\Personality Traits: (Minimum 3, In order of Priority):

1. Microsoft Suite - MS excel,word and Powerpoint knoweledge is must

MS PROJECTS & POWER BI will be an added advantage

2. Basic Knowdege of Automobile Parts with Project planning skills prefferable.

3. Good communication & behavioural attitude.

4. Good team player with work ownership.

Educational & Technical Qualifications (In order of Priority):

1. Graduate/Diploma in engineering

2. Packaging diploma or IIP or SIES ( will be added advantage)

3. Project Mangement Certification ( will be added advantage)

Work Experience & Industry Preferred: Minimum 4Yrs. (automotive or Packaging)
