About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Junior Package Consultant to join our growing travel team. The ideal candidate will assist in designing, promoting, and managing travel packages for B2B and B2C clients, both domestic and international.
Key Responsibilities:
Create customized and fixed departure packages for B2B and B2C customers
Interact with travel agents and direct clients to understand requirements
Coordinate with vendors, airlines, and DMCs for best pricing and service
Prepare quotations, itineraries, and handle bookings (flights, hotels, sightseeing, transfers)
Handle pre- and post-sales customer support
Maintain accurate booking records and ensure timely communication
Stay updated with market trends and travel restrictions (visa, COVID, etc.)
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate or diploma in Travel & Tourism preferred
1-3 years of experience in a travel agency or tour operations (freshers with knowledge may also apply)
Strong knowledge of Indian and international destinations
Good communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of travel CRM systems or booking portals is a plus
Must be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and a team player
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
