Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Outbound Packages Executive to manage and sell international tour packages. The ideal candidate should have strong destination knowledge, experience in itinerary planning, and excellent communication skills to handle client queries and close bookings effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and customize international travel packages based on client needs
• Handle end-to-end coordination of outbound travel bookings (flights, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, visas)
• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings through strong product knowledge and persuasive communication
• Coordinate with DMCs (Destination Management Companies), suppliers, and partners for costings and bookings
• Prepare detailed itineraries and quotations with competitive pricing
• Ensure proper documentation and visa assistance where required
• Maintain records of bookings, payments, and client preferences
• Provide after-sales support and resolve any travel-related issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Business or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in outbound tour operations or holiday package sales
• Strong knowledge of popular international destinations (Dubai, Europe, Bali, Thailand, etc.)
• Good negotiation skills and experience working with DMCs and vendors
• Proficiency in MS Office and travel-related tools/platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with online booking portals (e.g., Travel Boutique, GTA, Hotelbed )
• Experience in itinerary creation tools or CRM systems
• Knowledge of visa processes for popular outbound destinations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
