Hiring: U.S. 3rd Party Collections Specialist (Work from Home) in an International BPO. Job Role: Collections Specialist Process: U.S. 3rd Party Collections Shift: U.S. Night Shift (10 hours shift + 1-hour break) Work Type: Work from Home (Company-provided system) Job Responsibilities: Develop and negotiate payment plans with debtors. Locate and contact debtors to initiate the recovery process. Negotiate settlements on recoverable debt.
