Role & responsibilities Make Outbound Calls: Contact potential or existing customers via phone to introduce and promote products or services. Generate Leads & Sales: Convert cold or warm leads into qualified prospects or customers. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales or lead generation targets. Customer Engagement: Engage customers in meaningful conversation to understand their needs. Build rapport quickly to keep the call going and create interest. Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered Minimum qualification: High School Diploma (12th pass) or Graduation in any stream.
