Job Description

Role & responsibilities Coordination & Workflow Management Act as a point of contact between departments to ensure smooth and timely communication. Coordinate day-to-day operations, ensuring that internal tasks and projects progress as planned. Follow up with teams to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are completed. Documentation & Reporting Prepare, manage, and update internal documents, reports, and project trackers. Maintain accurate records of meetings, decisions, and key communications. Compile and distribute reports, presentations, and status updates. Meeting & Event Management Schedule, organize, and coordinate internal meetings, reviews, and events. Prepare agendas and take meeting minutes when required. Track action items and ensure timely follow-ups post-meetings. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Communications, or a related field. Diploma or certification in Office Management or Project Coordination is a plus 13 years of experience in administrative support, internal coordination, or project assistance roles. Experience working with cross-functional teams or in fast-paced office environments. Perks and benefits
