Currently, we are looking for an ORMB Developer to join our team and play a crucial role in software development tasks. As an ORMB Developer, you will be involved in supporting or enhancing existing software applications/systems as well as creating new ones under supervision. You should be familiar with basic software development concepts and demonstrate the ability to learn more complex concepts. Your responsibilities will include performing clearly defined software development tasks of low complexity, participating in developing fixes or enhancements in existing applications/systems, and providing on-call support during non-working hours. Additionally, you will work on incidents and requests, participate in scrum, complete work related to assigned stories, understand and use technical documentation, as well as perform system testing and other assigned duties. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor of Science in computer science or a related technical field, or possess an equivalent combination of post-secondary education and work experience. You should have at least 1+ year of study in software engineering or equivalent, hands-on experience or understanding of Java/OUAF framework, SQL, CI/CD pipelines, git tools, and deployment tools. Experience with ORMB/CCM and AI tools would be advantageous. Key qualifications for the role include the ability to learn, gather requirements, design and develop systems, work effectively both in a team and as an individual contributor, identify the root cause of technical problems accurately, possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written), adapt to change, and be open to an afternoon shift IST.
