Lead strategic sourcing, supplier development, and contract negotiations. Oversee demand and capacity planning, inventory optimization, and cost control. Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and customs requirements in the Americas. Build and mentor a high-performance operations team across geographies. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (MBA or Master’s in Operations preferred). 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior role. Proven success in strategic sourcing, supplier partnerships, and global logistics. Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, packaging, or food-related industries. Strong knowledge of managerial accounting, cost modeling, and quality assurance systems. Familiarity with technology-driven supply models and continuous improvement practices. SCOPE OF WORK The role will oversee and enhance the end-to-end fulfilment process, encompassing supplier relationship management, Supply chain ARS run, inventory control, and OTIF for 300+ labs. This role demands a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and a commitment to operational excellence, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods to meet business objectives. HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO Supply planning & Distribution Ensure delivery & availability of the right material on time to meet internal stakeholder needs. Ensure demand fulfilment from Vendor to warehouse Distribution Planning & Networking DOH Management as per inventory availability Ensure a high level of Stakeholder satisfaction and Adheres to supply chain KPIs Work implementation of cost saving projects Warehouse and Inventory Management Select and manage fulfilment warehouses based on cost simulations, location, service scope, and SLA commitments. Develop and oversee quality control procedures for inbound shipments to maintain product standards. Provide daily stock reports and collaborate with procurement and commercial teams for replenishment planning. Monitor warehouse performance metrics such as put away lead time, order fulfilment accuracy, and stock aging. Forecast inbound inventory needs to ensure adequate storage space and prevent stockouts. Order Fulfilment and Process Optimization Implement scalable practices for supply chain operations, focusing on quality assurance and process optimization. Develop and manage systems for order intake and fulfilment timelines, ensuring seamless operations during peak seasons. Identify and resolve issues related to late or incorrect order fulfilment, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions. Vendor and Supplier Relations Manage daily interactions with vendors, including purchase order management, quality control, and cost-effective solutions. Collaborate on vendor selection to meet quality and performance standards. Handle grading of returned products, classify faults, and submit claims based on evidence from customers and warehouses. Cost Management and Continuous Improvement Perform monthly fulfilment cost analyses to identify opportunities for cost reduction. Collaborate with technical teams to implement tools and technologies that enhance operational performance. Lead special projects aimed at improving fulfilment processes and aligning with the company's speed-to-market strategy. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Experience: 1013 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a focus on Fulfilment and inventory management. Qualification: B. Tech / MBA in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Hands-on experience in supply chain management from FMCG, Automotive, Retail & Manufacturing industry. Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities ensuring timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. Monitor logistics KPIs such as OTIF (On Time In Full), freight costs, and delivery timelines. Required Candidate profile 4-5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods. Working knowledge of ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Zoho, etc.).

Role & responsibilities 1. Ensure High OTIF (On Time In Full) Performance Monitor customer order schedules and plan production to meet committed delivery dates. Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams to ensure orders are delivered complete and on time. Minimize delivery delays and partial shipments through proactive planning and follow-up. 2. Adherence to Product Delivery Plan Track and align daily/weekly delivery plans with the production schedule. Adjust planning dynamically based on customer priority, material availability, or production constraints. Analyze and report any delivery plan deviations with corrective actions. 3. Improve Forecast Accuracy Collect accurate sales forecasts from the marketing/sales team and incorporate them into production planning. Good command of MS Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, Gantt charts). • Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities: Able to analyze production variances, root causes, and implement improvements.
