Role Overview: We are looking for an ambitious, street-smart and hands-on Sales Manager having great communication skills based in Ahmedabad to drive our nutraceutical product sales across Gujarat. The role involves team building, field sales, distributor development, and meeting aggressive sales targets . This is a growth-oriented position with direct accountability for revenue. Key Responsibilities: Build and manage a local sales team; train and mentor new hires. Drive daily field sales activities and retailer/distributor engagement. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Ensure strong product placement, visibility, and replenishment in retail and pharmacy outlets. Track sales data, customer feedback, and competitor activity. Occasionally represent the brand at trade shows, wellness events, or industry conferences as required. Use the latest AI tools like ChatGpt, Gemini and others for increased productivity Requirements: 6+ years of sales experience in nutraceuticals, OTC, pharma, beauty, or wellness industries. Strong experience in field sales and distributor/channel management . Self-driven, target-oriented, and team-focused mindset. Comfortable with local travel and on-ground execution. Proven track record of over-achieving sales targets in previous organization Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Nutrition; MBA is a plus. Role & responsibilities PharmaCloud ERP Responsibilities: Provide full-cycle functional and technical support across all Soham ERP PharmaCloud modules (Production, QA/QC, Regulatory, Inventory, Engineering, HR, etc.). Troubleshoot ERP-related issues, guide users, and act as the point of contact with the Soham ERP support team. Manage UAT, change requests, documentation, and training as per GMP, GLP, and 21 CFR Part 11 guidelines. Ensure system validation, audit readiness, and proper functioning of QMS, BMR/BPR, and other regulated workflows. Internal IT Support Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day troubleshooting for basic hardware/software issues: laptops, printers, antivirus, OS, application installs. Set up and support internal tech tools such as Chromecast, smart TVs, routers, video conferencing , and LAN/Wi-Fi systems. Ensure secure access to email, internet, and enterprise tools for all users. Support the configuration and maintenance of compliance-focused software and security systems. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors or Masters in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline. 36 years of pharma IT experience , with 2+ years on Soham ERP PharmaCloud . Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP , and ICH guidelines . Familiarity with analytical method development and validation processes. Hands-on experience with laboratory instruments like HPLC, UV/Vis Spectrophotometer , etc. (awareness-level for IT support roles). In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical standards, audit practices, and documentation protocols. Up-to-date knowledge of federal and industry regulations in pharmaceutical IT. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Basic computer and math skills to support calibration workflows and instrument integration. Strong attention to detail, good written and verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of PharmaCloud/PharmaSuite or other pharma ERPs . Ability to work independently, troubleshoot under pressure, and collaborate across departments.
